Functie omschrijving

Als teamleider logistiek draag je zorg voor het tijdig en compleet laden van vrachtauto’s. Je voert controles uit op het wegzetten van de inkomende goederenstroom. Je coacht, begeleidt en stuurt een groep van ca. 15 heftruckchauffeurs en orderverzamelaars aan. Ook draag je zorg voor een efficiënte inzet van medewerkers en middelen en draag je bij aan het realiseren van doelstellingen en verbeteringen.

Functie eisen

Als teamleider logistiek beschikt u over:

Afgeronde mbo-opleiding, minimaal niveau 3
Leidinggevende capaciteiten
Bereidheid tot het werken in wisseldiensten
Organisatie- en improvisatietalent
Computervaardigheid
Goede contactuele eigenschappen
Ervaring in de AGF-branche is een pré
