Job description

Onze klant groeit enorm mede door goed in te spelen op ontwikkelingen in de markt op het gebied van vegetarische producten. Als gevolg van deze groei zijn wij op zoek naar een nuchter no nonsens productontwikkelaar met management skills. Andere taken en verantwoordelijkheden in deze functie zijn:

Het aanspreekpunt/eindverantwoordelijke voor klantvragen en markt ontwikkeling
Organiseren vaan proefproducties en proefpanels
Aansturen van het NPD team en zorgen voor het oplijnen van nieuwe producten
Aansturing van het R&D team
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie

Job requirements

Als hoofd R&D beschik je over:

HBO werk-en denkniveau
Tenminste 5 jaar werkervaring als productontwikkelaar
Communicatief zeer vaardig
Creatieve en inspirerende geest die mensen in de organisatie met zich meekrijgt

Als persoon ben je

Gewend om in een no nonsens cultuur te werken, pro actief ingesteld, teamplayer.
