MS Schippers

Over time the company Schippers has grown to become one of the largest service industries for the intensive stock breeder in Europe. With establishments in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Canada and Philippines we supply all our customers. Further we have a close working relationship with partners in Denmark, United Kingdom/Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Rumania, Finland, Greece, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan, China, Colombia, South Africa. Schippers has achieved strong growth, with sales rising between 1996 and 2003 from 10 to 45 million Euros per annum.

The founder of the company, Martien Schippers, is always looking for new opportunities. His sons Harrie, Guus and Mark take care of all practical issues and they are leading the company now. The commercial activities are cared for by representatives and inside employees. Beside it, we have product specialists with specialised knowledge of certain product groups. We are active in pig-breeding, poultry and cattle.

Schippers' head office is in the Dutch village Bladel from which the following departments operate: Management, Purchasing, Sales, Export, DTP, Administration, Customer Services and Development. There is also a showroom where clients can look at the products and where information meetings are held. Besides the head office we have a central warehouse in Lommel, Belgium, from where every establishment and foreign customers is supplied. More than 150 people work within the Schippers group.

Schippers has become a notion in the agricultural sector.
